What happens when I get in touch?
We listen first. You tell us what is going on, we ask a few questions, and we explain your options clearly. If it helps, we arrange a home visit. There is no obligation and no hard sell.
Who will I be speaking with?
Someone who actually knows home care, and a registered nurse will be involved in planning any care. You will not be passed around a call centre.
